Xstream 6030
The Xstream 6030 Intensifier Pump is a brand new design from Continuum – the new leader in waterjet innovation. The pump uses a 30 horsepower motor to support a maximum .011” orifice at 60,000 psi continuous operation.
Features of the new Xstream 6030 include:
- Efficient use of air movement through the unit to maximize cooling
- Low-pressure water manifold which minimizes the length of hoses in the low-pressure water plumbing system
- Lightweight, lift-off side panels that give unrestricted access to all internal components
- Torsion hinge mounted top covers which do not require shocks or support rods, improving access to the high-pressure components
- High-pressure setting adjustment at the control panel
- Optional remote access of control data via a secure internet connection
Newly designed intensifier assembly featuring the following innovations:
- Medium length stroke optimizing the trade-off between shift frequency and size of maintenance parts
- Cylindrical inductive shift sensors, which negate the need for expensive flange-mounted sensors or complex mechanical mechanisms
- Dovetail clamp mounting system, which not only simplifies intensifier mounting but also allows for improved hydraulic flow into and out of the hydraulic cylinder
